Directions for use

Topical application (massage)
Dilute a few drops in a carrier oil (maximum 5%). Apply to the chest, solar plexus, heart area or wrists.

Inhalation / diffusion
Inhale directly from the bottle for 1–2 minutes or diffuse in short sessions using a suitable diffuser, ensuring proper ventilation.

Aromatic bath
Dilute 5–10 drops in a neutral base (carrier oil or bath salt) before adding to bath water.
