    Vitex - Agnus castus 200ml

    100% Pure, natural, steam-distilled hydrosol

This Vitex (Agnus castus) hydrosol is artisanally steam-distilled from the young branches and flowers of the plant, cultivated without pesticides or chemical fertilizers.
Its subtly spicy, herbal scent reflects the full hormonal richness of this plant, traditionally used to support women’s cycles.
Very gentle, it can be applied to the skin, particularly during hormonal shifts or sprayed to support emotional balance.

Energetic Quality in Traditional Chinese Medicine

From a Traditional Chinese Medicine perspective, Vitex is associated with the Liver, Chong Mai (Sea of Blood), and Kidney meridians.
Topical use may help support Liver Qi in cases of stagnation, a common root in menstrual disorders, nourish Blood, and harmonize the Kidney–Liver–Heart axis, often affected during hormonal imbalances.

It is especially suitable for women experiencing:

    • PMS, irritability, or irregular menstruation (Liver Qi stagnation)

    • Hormonal transitions: menarche, postpartum, or menopause

Recommended application: spray over acupoints Ren 4, GB 34, or SP 6, depending on the cycle phase.
